Yvonne Dornic is the founder, President and CEO of eSentio. She has more than 20 years of consulting experience with law firms and corporate legal departments. A recognized leader within the industry, Ms. Dornic works closely with the leadership at the nation’s largest law firms to identify and improve upon the strategic value of their technology.

Under Ms. Dornic’s leadership, eSentio has emerged as a leader within the legal technology industry with a reputation for innovative thought leadership. eSentio has become a trusted advisor to many of the AmLaw 100's largest firms through unwavering client service and increased client profitability.

Ms. Dornic oversees all aspects of firm-wide operations including strategic planning, strategic business alliances, business development, as well as consulting and implementation. Her focus on excellence and dedication to client service has played a vital role in shaping eSentio’s leadership position within the industry.

Robert Kerr is the Director of Networking and Infrastructure Services at eSentio Technologies. Mr. Kerr has over 20 years of IT experience in the information management industry providing technical and project management support services to corporations, governmental agencies, and law firms.

He has extensive experience in E-Mail and Records Management, and is a subject matter expert for information management, e-mail and records management, enterprise search, litigation support and e-discovery, enterprise network infrastructure, and business continuity planning.

Mr. Kerr is a published author and frequent speaker on the subjects of e-records archiving and retention, and e-mail strategic planning and management. He holds numerous technical certifications and is an active participant in professional associations focused on information management issues.

Brandon Wolf is the Director of Operations at eSentio. He has over 15 years of IT experience, working with Fortune 50 corporations and AmLaw 200 Law Firms. Brandon is highly adept and experienced in Project Management, Records Management, Conflicts & Risk Mitigation, Knowledge Management and software development.

Brandon is passionate about technology and business processes, bringing creative problem solving and a disciplined mindset to lead the charge on service excellence.

Brandon is Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

John Murphy is a Director at eSentio. He is a licensed attorney with over 20 years of information technology management experience in the financial and legal service industries. His unique perspective allows him to think strategically and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Prior to joining eSentio, John served as Director of Information Technology for the law firms Goulston & Storrs and Hill & Barlow; and the corporate law office of BankBoston. Most recently he was the infrastructure Manager at State Street Global Advisors.

John earned a BS in Business Administration/Finance, Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and a JD from the New England School of Law.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Rajiv has led a number of large multi-year consulting engagements for leading US law firms like Jones Day, Baker & Hostetler and legal departments of marquee corporate organizations like New York Life Insurance and New York Life Investment Management, Macy's, HEB Grocery Stores, University Hospitals etc. He has over ten years' experience in working with these and other law firms across the globe to help them achieve efficiency and productivity gains with document and email management solutions. He regularly speaks with Managing Partners of Law Firms and General Counsel to educate them on trends in this space and demonstrate cost effective best of breed solutions. Rajiv also provides technical leadership on engagements involving a broad range of law firm technologies along with management responsibilities for strategic planning, product and portfolio management, marketing, sales, budgeting, financial management, and team leadership. He has made presentations on legal productivity solutions at the New York State Bar Association, Law Asia, ILTA and other events in the past few years.

David Pilling is a Director at eSentio. He brings with him over 20 years of information technology experience, and spent over 7 years as the Director of Technology at Jenner and Block LLP, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm based in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Pilling’s expertise includes infrastructure management, cost reduction, business process improvement, knowledge management, and project management. His experience within a national law firm environment and his understanding of the business processes and technology challenges facing firms makes him a valuable resource for eSentio’s clientele. Mr. Pilling is a member of ILTA, and is also a frequent presenter at many legal technology industry events.

Olivia Gerroll is the Director of Litigation Services at eSentio. Ms. Gerroll brings over 19 years of experience in this industry including an extensive consulting and practical background to clients with a focus on providing the most effective solutions that are targeted to exceed client expectations.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Gerroll held positions such as National Director of Litigation Services for a global law firm, Managing Director of eDiscovery Solutions for a service provider, and as a litigation services consultant for a global consulting organization focusing on law firms.

Ms. Gerroll's expertise covers both the in-depth knowledge of the litigation process and attorney requirements and she has developed best practices and appropriate workflow and methodologies within the electronic discovery landscape. Ms. Gerroll has extensive knowledge of the litigation support products arena with a proven record of accomplishment of improving efficiency and productivity through solution development, technology implementation, and data management.

She has led engagements in a number of areas including: Litigation Support Assessments, Litigation Readiness Services, Litigation Strategy and Case Management Services, Early Case Assessment Consulting, Litigation Hold Assessments, Product Selection Evaluations, EDD Services, Education and Training.
